This issue brings together research on Latin America centered on historical memory, international relations, development, governability, inclusion, and public policy. It addresses topics such as the festive experience of the Popular Unity, Chilean regional paradiplomacy, the role of the state in development, Chile’s foreign policy stance on the conflict between Israel and Palestine, bicameralism in Peru, fare evasion in Santiago’s public transport system, the labor inclusion of teachers with hearing disabilities, and political elites in Jalisco. It also includes a review of the book Neoliberalism: A Contested Idea.

La Revista Enfoques: Ciencia Política y Administración Pública (RECPyAP) is a biannual academic journal published since 2003 by the Faculty of Economics, Government, and Communications at the Universidad Central de Chile. Its aim is to promote interdisciplinary analysis of political, social, and legal phenomena, with particular attention to dynamics of power, institutions, and governance.
Targeted at scholars and practitioners, the journal publishes original research articles and reviews of both national and international scope, covering areas such as Political Science, Public Administration, Political History, Political Economy, Public Law, Political Philosophy, and International Relations.
