Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar las recomendaciones sugeridas por Alexis de Tocqueville con el fin de dilucidar los problemas causados por el individualismo y el debilitamiento de los vínculos sociales en las sociedades democráticas. Para este objetivo, se desarrolla la teoría de formación del cuerpo político tocquevilliana, intentando recuperar de forma teórica la naturaleza social prepolítica del hombre perdida con algunos contractualistas.
