Analysis of the Incidence of Constitutional Justice in the Evolution of the Public Employment System in Costa Rica

Abstract
This article is an academic contribution that problematizes the evolution of the public employment system in Costa Rica and its interrelation with constitutional justice. The article shows the main research results, based on an analysis related to hermeneutics for investigation through constitutional sentences as units of analysis; in particular on unconstitutionality actions related to the public employment system in Costa Rica and the behavior that the institutions have had to observe in their respective institutional planning processes.
